Every Builtt client receives personalized short-term (monthly) and long-term (6-12 months) goals based on their body fat percentage from day one. We aim to not only train you but ensure you reach your goals. For short-term goals, we calculate the expected body fat percentage for your next weigh-in, considering your training frequency and diet plan. For long- term goals, we track your monthly progress to ensure we’re on the right path to the results we promised.
